Patterson is the nephew of Sterling "Mr. Satan" Magee. Magee and Gussow, whose performing and recording career spanned more than thirty years, are the subject of "Satan & Adam," a documentary currently screening on Netflix. Sir Rod and the Blues Doctors are the next chapter of that story.
